On this entry maybe I don’t have any experience in employee/employer boundary of relationships in work and treatment. But since I have given the chance to create scenario, according to what I have observed that will justify employee/employer boundary relationships in work and treatment, one example is that when an employer is the friends or have any attachment to the boss. Let me say, there are 3 persons involve then the other person is not close with the boss. The boss should make an equal treatment when in terms to work. As a professional the boss should maintain his/her act an equal. Many situation like this, the boss will show bias when in terms to jobs. The one that are close to him/her will not be punish even they makes some faults. When it comes to this scenario the boss should be very sensitive of what she/he was doing. If I were the employee that are close to him/her maybe my mind set will think that since I am close to the boss I will become boastful. I just take for granted the assigned task that are given by my boss, anyway I am close to the boss. I think it might unfair to the other employee. If I were at the situation of the third person I better think wisely why I am still suffering of this such employment that are unfair. I better quit if this would happen. On this scenario I can say that the boundary of relationship should have an equal treatment for the employee/employer. The boss should control what are the proper treatment of his/her employee. Even they have connection with his/her employee, she/he should not have any bias. As professional he/she should make an equal treatment for their employee.

If i were given a chance to formulate rules and guidelines for Internet Usage I will do the following:

1. I will strictly implement a no pornography site allowed.

2. The users should strictly follow the restricted site that are prohibited from the said Internet establishments.

3. The user are not allowed to install program.

4. If in case they want to install another program they should call the attention of the staff. 

5.  No one is allowed to configure the connection or no one is allowed to open froim the control panel.

6. The user should report to the staff or any Internet in-charge when any problem occur during its usage.

7. No eating is allowed because it might cause accident to the said Internet establishments.

8. User should maintain silence at the Internet estblishment so that the other user will not be disturb.

9. Internet user should aware to the other user especially when passing the other user so that the trouble will be away.

10. Check all possible account that are used and check if they are totally log-out for security purpose of the account.

Maybe for me, this is my rules and guidelines to be implemented.

For me, as a part of an IT professional I can say that they support endeavors and activities because many IT professional want to help and share their knowledge about latest Technology. They wanted to be acknowledge and as a part of the society they wanted to be as an inspiration of the evolving world of technology. Many also want to promote their works and products thats why ther support IT endeavors and activities. As what I have observed during one part of their activities many conducted seminars and promote their company. They wanted to help some of the professionals and students to be full pack of knowledge all about the evolving technology. I can say also that even they are professional but they still need other people to help them because people don’t have the same idea. Therefore, If the people don’t have the same idea there are some people can help them to improve and put their company to be the leading company with high technology. I think this would be my idea why there are many IT related groups supported the endeavors and activities of IT professionals.

For me, as a security purpose I agree of it. The advantages of it is that if there is a hidden camera in workplace, establishments and offices you can monitor what is happening to the whole area. If there is shoplifter,insider or any criminal acts inside the workplace, establishments and offices it could be determine easily especially if there is no guards on the said place. It can be easily to monitor and call the attention of that person if she/he is doing unnecessary things. The disadvantages of it is that you don’t have any privacy when you are inside the said workplace,establishments and offices. You cannot do such things that are prohibited to the said place. You cannot sleep during worktime and have any gossips to the co-worker.  

As I can say in my little own idea, the freedom of expression will be valid until it can’t hurt a person. As long as it does not touches somone’s ego. In accordance to my research that freedom of expression is the concept of the inherent human right to voice one’s opinion publicly without fear of censorship or punishment. So therefore a freedom of expression will be valid until such thing that it cannot touch or hurt someone’s feeling. If we try to express our feeling it will be validate as long as the word you are expressing and the word you use did not passed below the belt.

The Hello Garci Controversy is out in the public eye and it is because some people wants to make a big deal out of it. In my side about on this controversy there is a violation of privacy since it tried to outhand the so called policy. I can understand in some point that the Hello Garci Contoversy go against the privacy policy. There is a corresponding punishment who will try to go against the said policy for it is indicated as one way of violating human rights. As one writer observed, "in one sense, all human rights are aspects of the right to privacy." I believe that every person is entitled to his or her own privacy and no one should try to do force that no private individual permitting such act.According to my research; The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in article 12, states"No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks". In the case of the Hello Garci Contoversy invasion of privacy is visible and no one will tolerate it. There is always a limitation of things that involve individual right.

For me, outsourcing is better and practical than in-house development. When it comes to money matters it really practical because outsourced project is cheaper than in-house project. The only disadvantage on it is that you can’t reach immediately the programmer. If their programs has bugs you can’t fixed it immediately because there are some restricted part maybe of their program that you cannot debug. 

It is easy to maintain outsourced project but the big problem of it is the bugs. You can encounter several problems when in terms to it but i think their are terms and agreement to be followed by the user. As professional they must be honest to their client because in businesses that would be a big benefits to them. Now as we can see and hear, there are a lot of small companies using outsourced project. It is because the payment is net already compare to in-house development the payment is flexible. It can be lesser or it can be higher to the proposed project. In-house is good because you can do anything and debug anything on the said project but the problem is that it’s quite expensive. You should employ a programmer on the in-house. Compare to outsouced project you will just teach the user on what to do with the project. You don’t need any employee anymore. That is why outsourcing is better and practical compare to in-house development.

I can say that I consider myself as an IT Professional for the fact that I also possess an attitude and potentials that can help me become a better person and can be of service to others by sharing to them of what I have learn and the most important reason is becuase i have my education. I have knowledge on some areas that concerns my profession and other professions.I have understood in some aspects the do’s and don’ts of exercising it.I believe I have to be progressive as a professional and I need to excel in my field no matter what.I need to prove that I am good in this craft not just for professional satisfaction but for personal as well.
