Give scenario/s that will justify employee/employer boundary of relationships in work and treatment.
On this entry maybe I don’t have any experience in employee/employer boundary of relationships in work and treatment. But since I have given the chance to create scenario, according to what I have observed that will justify employee/employer boundary relationships in work and treatment, one example is that when an employer is the friends or have any attachment to the boss. Let me say, there are 3 persons involve then the other person is not close with the boss. The boss should make an equal treatment when in terms to work. As a professional the boss should maintain his/her act an equal. Many situation like this, the boss will show bias when in terms to jobs. The one that are close to him/her will not be punish even they makes some faults. When it comes to this scenario the boss should be very sensitive of what she/he was doing. If I were the employee that are close to him/her maybe my mind set will think that since I am close to the boss I will become boastful. I just take for granted the assigned task that are given by my boss, anyway I am close to the boss. I think it might unfair to the other employee. If I were at the situation of the third person I better think wisely why I am still suffering of this such employment that are unfair. I better quit if this would happen. On this scenario I can say that the boundary of relationship should have an equal treatment for the employee/employer. The boss should control what are the proper treatment of his/her employee. Even they have connection with his/her employee, she/he should not have any bias. As professional he/she should make an equal treatment for their employee.
